About these articles

The initial articles are original AI-assisted starter content. They have not been independently reviewed by a horticulturist. The site does not claim expert testing, professional credentials, reader numbers, or publication history.

Local context matters

Garden conditions differ across US regions. Check local extension resources, plant labels, frost dates, and the USDA plant hardiness map where relevant. Hardiness zones describe average extreme winter temperatures and are not a complete planting calendar.
